Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is a flat $4.99 on orders under $49. Orders of $49+ ship free — automatic at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Most products ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–7 business days after processing (1–3 days). The LED Light-Up Collar contains a rechargeable battery and ships via a battery-safe line: 5–11 business days.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not currently — we ship within all 50 US states only.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Email hello@pupbobo.com with your order number immediately. We can fix it before the order ships; once it's in transit, changes aren't possible.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30-day happiness guarantee. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — then we cover everything and usually don't even need it back.

The size doesn't fit my dog. Can I exchange it?
Yes. Email us within 30 days; you ship the original back, we ship the replacement free.

How do I choose the right size for collars and harnesses?
Each product page lists a size guide with neck/chest measurements in inches. Measure with a soft tape (or a string + ruler), leaving two fingers of slack. Between sizes? Size up.

Is the LED collar safe / does it get hot?
It runs on a low-voltage rechargeable battery, stays cool, and the light module is sealed. It ships via a certified battery-safe delivery channel.

Are your products tested on dogs?
Every item is curated and field-tested on real walks before it makes the store. That's the whole promise — see our story.
