Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Guarantee. We want you and your pup to love every purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
How it works:
- Defective or damaged items — Contact us with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return needed.
- Wrong size or not a fit — No problem. Items can be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days. Because we ship directly from our warehouse partners, return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the item is not defective.
- Order not arrived — If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll trace it or reship/refund.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method (PayPal).
To start a return: Email hello@pupbobo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
