US Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate on orders under $49
- FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders of $49 or more — the discount is applied automatically at checkout
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes (US)
- US Warehouse Items (most products): shipped from US-based warehouses — typically 3–7 business days after processing
- LED Light-Up Collar: this item contains a rechargeable battery and ships via our battery-safe delivery line — typically 5–11 business days after processing. Product pages for this item show the updated estimate
Exact transit times depend on your location and the carrier. Your tracking email will show the estimated delivery date for your address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at this time.
Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect address, email hello@pupbobo.com with your order number before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, address changes are not possible and re-delivery costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package appears lost, contact hello@pupbobo.com within 30 days of the ship date. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
